R.J. Morgan is a native Mississippian. He has two degrees in Education from Mississippi State University and teaches journalism at the University of Mississippi. He also serves as the director of the Mississippi Scholastic Press Association. Morgan is a former Mississippi Teacher of the Year finalist and has worked as a freelance journalist for multiple publications.
